4. Upon receiving your order, we will perform a card “authorization” to verify that your card has sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your order.
5. Upon shipping your order, we will debit your card for the total of the order we are able to ship.
6. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown in the shopping cart on www.massisbakery.com.   The actual shipping may be lower than the value shown.

Shipping/Return Policy

1. We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. Generally orders are shipped on the next business day as they are received.
2. We ship perishable products Monday through Thursday.
3. All orders are shipped by UPS, either ground, second day air or next day air depending upon the destination and the contents of the order.
4. All items purchased on the www.massisbakery.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  Should there be shipping errors, we will offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error.
5. However, we do not guarantee the shipping time of an order, and in case of delay, whether our fault or for reasons beyond our control, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential damage.
6. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery carrier.  You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier which in most cases shall be United Parcel Service (UPS).
